Photo Safety
Photos and videos: what's safe to share — and what lasts forever

Screenshots are permanent
Once you send or post a photo, you can't control it anymore. Someone can screenshot it before you delete it. Even “disappearing” photos can be screenshotted.

Uniform = school location
Your school uniform or badge shows strangers which school you go to — and when you'll be there every day. Be careful posting photos in uniform.

Never send photos to online-only people
Someone you only know from games or the internet should never ask for your photo. Tell a trusted adult if this happens.
✅ Before posting, ask yourself:
- 👀 Would I be okay if my parent saw this?
- 📍 Does it show where I live, my school, or my daily routine?
- 🤝 Am I okay with strangers seeing this forever?
